Every CanvasBT frame comes with a one-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase (conditions apply).

What's covered

Manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.

What's not

Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, and normal wear and tear.

Email hello@canvasbt.co.uk with your order number and a short description (photos help). We'll take it from there.
