14-day change of mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your CanvasBT, for any reason. Email hello@canvasbt.co.uk to start a return.

Condition & refund

Return the frame unused and in its original packaging. Once received and checked, we refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Return postage for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged

If your frame arrives faulty or develops a fault, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost. See also Warranty.
