Ordering and payment
Payment is taken securely by Stripe at the time of order. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we email to confirm your frame has been dispatched. All prices are in pounds sterling and are the total price payable — delivery to UK addresses is free.
The product
Each frame is hand-assembled to order and dispatched within 48 hours. Product images are real photographs; e-ink is a reflective, matte technology and colours are intentionally closer to a print than a backlit screen. The frame requires the free CanvasBT app (Android; iOS in development) and a Bluetooth-capable phone.
Cancellation, returns and faults
You may cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery — see Returns & Refunds. Faulty frames are covered by our 1-year replacement warranty and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there).
