Warranty
Every CanvasBT frame is covered by a 1-year replacement warranty from the day it's delivered.
What's covered
Defects in materials or workmanship — including the e-ink display, the battery, the electronics and the frame itself. If your frame develops a fault in normal use within the first year, we replace it. No repair queues, no quibbling.
What's not covered
Accidental damage (drops, knocks, water), damage caused by misuse or modification, and normal cosmetic wear. The battery is covered against defects, but gradual capacity reduction through normal charging cycles is expected behaviour.
How to claim
- Email hello@canvasbt.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video if possible.
- We'll usually respond within one working day. If it's a fault we can't fix remotely, we'll arrange the return of your frame at no cost to you.
- A replacement frame is hand-assembled and dispatched to you.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected. The warranty is provided by Inventors Tech Ltd, company no. 15369201 (England & Wales).
