Every CanvasBT frame is hand-assembled to order in the UK. That means your frame isn't pulled from a warehouse shelf — it's built for you, checked, and packed by the people who designed it.
Delivery costs
Delivery is free to all United Kingdom addresses. There are no hidden charges at checkout — the price you see is the total you pay.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when your frame is on its way, including tracking details where available.
Where we ship
We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. If you're outside the UK and would love a CanvasBT, email hello@canvasbt.co.uk — we keep a note of international interest as we plan what comes next.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph the packaging and the frame, and email hello@canvasbt.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We'll put it right — see our Warranty and Returns pages for details.
